Job Description

Purpose

The Brand and Club Marketing dept. includes the creative team responsible for delivering campaigns and content across the Club. We need someone passionate about brands; to support the wider team ensuring our brand is projected and always represented in the right way. You will also be  involved in the  planning and supporting the clubs key brand campaigns during the season.

Working within this fast paced, exciting, and demanding department. You’ll collaborate with the wider Brand and Club Marketing team including art directors, designers, motion graphics and project management. 

The Role
  • Review creative using club brand assets and provide comments on whether the assets are compliant.
  • Review and maintain the brand guidelines focus on imagery to ensure it’s up to date and the best it can be and relevant.
  • Maintain the brand approval system.
  • Develop and maintain the brand campaigns season plan – working with the Traffic team to allocate resource to ensure the plan is delivered on-time.
  • Work on adhoc presentations and reporting, supporting the Brand Management Director.
  • Maintain the budget and finance tracker – so that it is accurate and up to date.
  • Be the first level approver for received invoices, cross checking and updating the budget tracker.
The Person
  • Ambitious graduate/college or further education leaver with a strong academic background and no more than 12 months’ work experience.
  • Highly organised.
  • Great communicator.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and able to work logically and independently.
  • Diligent and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude to new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is crucial – particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A passion in sport or football is welcome but is not a pre-requisite for this position.
