PARTNERSHIP SALES MANAGER 
OKLAHOMA CITY ENERGY FC – PRODIGAL, LLC.
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: 
The Partnership Sales Manager position will serve as a lead sales position for Energy FC in regards to corporate partnership sales, specifically new business development. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Prospecting new business partners for Energy FC through cold-calling & e-mailing, networking events, current relationships, while always building new relationships. 
  • Cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Developing and pitching corporate partnership packages designed to meet clients’ needs.
  • Closing new business.
  • Achieving all established personal sales and service goals assigned.
  • Properly managing game day/night duties and departmental responsibilities as assigned.
  • Report and communicate on a regular basis to the Director of Corporate Partnerships as to personal sales activity, programs and results.
  • Coordinating with the Director of Corporate Partnerships, other sales executives and corporate fulfillment team on available inventory.
  • Meeting personal sales goals and helping the corporate team achieve its overall sales goals.
  • Attend business partner’s meetings, planning and review sessions.
  • Entertain potential and existing partners at all Energy FC related events.
  • Assist the Energy FC Community Relations Team in regards to on-site appearances and community promotions as needed.
 
COMPETENCIES: 
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus. 
  • Fully versed in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High-level of understanding social media platforms with sales efforts.
  • General accounting experience with budget oversight and expense account management.
 
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: 
  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, is solely focused on prospecting and closing new partnership business, and reports to the Director of Corporate Partnerships.
 
POSITION: 
  • This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work. 
 
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • Bachelor’s degree + three years’ experience in sports and/or media sales. 
  • Demonstrated abilities to cultivate and grow relationships in the business community.
