The Sounders FC Coordinator, Partnership Marketing will play an integral role in supporting the Partnership Marketing team administratively, as well as with many key projects - including promotional activation and fulfillment, building recap presentations, matchday and event assistance, and more.
This position will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and the fulfillment of services of the following Sounders FC partnership operations: digital media, mobile app, and game presentation elements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Media Fulfillment & Services
Manage Corporate Partner inventory and fulfillment on SoundersFC.com and the Sounders FC mobile app – including tile advertisements, section sponsorships, landing pages, etc.
Review Google Ad Manager Reports, App Analytics and other metrics to ensure complete execution/identify noteworthy trends in Website and/or App usage.
Manage Corporate Partner email marketing, digital and social media inventory, and fulfillment
Lead coordination of wrap-ups for all digital media, social media, and email marketing related execution, includes summarizing fulfillment, impressions, and providing other pertinent elements as requested.
Act as a Digital Media liaison on behalf of Corporate Partnerships including attending meetings, identifying sellable opportunities, maintaining industry trends, etc.
Game Presentation Fulfillment & Services
Manage inventory and fulfillment of Game Presentation assets including in-stadium LED, SounderVision (videoboards), Concession TVs, Static Field Boards, etc.
Review LED tracking software to ensure complete execution
Manage creative development of partner LED through third party services
Oversee file storage/delivery of partner LED content to various external stakeholders (stadium staff, contractors, etc.).
Lead coordination of wrap-ups for all Game Presentation related execution, includes summarizing fulfillment, impressions, and providing other pertinent elements as requested.
Act as a Game Presentation liaison on behalf of Corporate Partnerships including attending weekly meetings, stadium load days/creative checks, identifying sellable opportunities, etc.
Match Day Activation
Manage all department partner activations on matchday (i.e. Soccer Celebration).
Manage department hospitality elements on matchday.
Manage and coordinate the department’s photo libraries, and cameras.
Partnership Marketing Support
Execute various season-long promotional activations & fulfillments.
Assist in management of third-party relationships and resources, including but not limited to Relo Metrics, Socialbakers, Channel 1, etc.
Manage and coordinate the department’s autographed merchandise.
Aid in developing recap presentations for all current partners.
Conduct Corporate Partnership research and the development of comprehensive reports on:
Specific sponsorship categories and industry trends.
Other MLS clubs/league sponsors.
Other Seattle/Washington-based sports franchises’ sponsors.
Other duties as assigned.
2+ years of project management, operations, sponsorships/client services, sports/event marketing, agency, or media experience.
2+ years of experience in the sports or entertainment industry preferred.
Experience Adobe Photoshop and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) preferred but not required.
Must be fully vaccinated at the time of hire and follow all league and local COVID-19 protocols.
Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and all home Sounders FC home match days.
Strong written and verbal communication skills – including the ability to proactively communicate with co-workers, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage tight timelines and solve problems.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Employee must be physically able to set up partner and matchday promotional and event programs, which often requires carrying moderate sized promotional materials or boxes that may weight up to forty (40) pounds.

This position will primarily work from home for 2021 but will be expected to attend Load Days/Creative Checks at Lumen Field in advance of Sounders FC matches, as well as Sounders FC home matches at Lumen Field, events and in-market meetings in market as needed.
