FC Tulsa is seeking driven and positive individuals who are committed to becoming sports and entertainment sales leaders. Account Executives will sell season, partial plans and group tickets. Account Executives will make outgoing calls, schedule meetings as well as additional responsibilities and other assignments deemed necessary by management. A successful Account Executive will have a strong understanding of the sales process, be able to build relationships, pursue leads, ask for the sale, and know how to efficiently use CRM. This position will report to the Manager, Ticket Sales.
Developing new business via phone and in-person appointments
Conduct client needs assessment
Customer sales presentations and proposals
Sales and fulfillment of Nightly Luxury Suites, Group Hospitality Areas, Season Ticket and Mini-Plan Packages
Help with the renewal of season tickets.
Represent the organization at business, community and networking functions
Must be able to work nights and weekends
Must have reliable transportation for appointments and ticket delivery
Other various tasks as needed
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience
At least two (2) years ticket sales experience
BA or BS college degree preferred
Knowledge and Skills
Aggressive and motivated individual with a passion for sales
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office programs, Internet research, CRM software (to be learned during training) and ticketing programs (to be learned during training)
