This role is a part-time position to coach within our gifted & talented Girls Development Centre (GDC) programme, for those with coaching experience within a football environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To coach gifted & talented players between the age of U8-U16, at our Girls Development Centre on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday evening. To follow a 30-week training syllabus as set by the GDC Manager.
To work closely with the GDC Manager to identify top-performing players suitable for player promotion into the Club's Elite Centre.
To complete two reports, giving GDC players feedback on their performance.
To assist with developmental fixtures
To attend 2 CPD events per season, in order to continually improve the quality of GDC delivery.
Within this role, you will be managed by the GDC manager.
It is essential that any candidate looking to apply for this role has their FA Level 2 coaching badge or higher and coaching experience within youth football. Those with Sport Relevant Degrees and FA Level 1 candidates, intending to undertake FA Level 2 can also be considered dependant on prior experience.
PAY & HOURS OF WORK:
Pay is competitive and dependant on qualifications and experience.
The person appointed to this post will have contact with children. Therefore, the post holder will require an enhanced FA Disclosure Barring Service check.
