What will you be doing?
You’ll be working closely with the Project Operations Manager to lead the development of high-quality funding applications and have the ability to generate in excess of £1.3 million per year through multi-year gifts from trusts, foundations and statutory grants to fund innovative new work and sustain existing projects in order to provide long-term security.
You will support the development of new partnerships by writing exceptional proposals to fund our long-term aspirations. You’ll collaborate across the projects team to develop compelling cases of support, as well as working closely with fundraising colleagues, and build relationships with existing and prospective funders to sustain funding.
You’ll be based at St Mary’s Stadium in the city centre but with the flexibility of home-working to ensure you get the balance you need to get the job done.

If you’re extremely organised, have previous experience in a grant fundraising role, like to work for good causes and love seeing positive change, then you’re the person we’re looking for. You are motivating and persuasive in your content writing and enjoy building relationships with all stakeholders. You have a positive can-do attitude and thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
