The purpose of this role is to coach Goalkeepers within our Regional Talent Club (Girls Academy). The role involves preparation, delivery and reflection of training sessions and fixtures and the completion and delivery of player assessment and feedback processes whilst working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum level 2 in Coaching Certificate in Football
Current FA Safeguarding Certificate
Emergency Aid Certificate
Experience of working with children and young people
Experience of planning and delivering high quality challenging and supportive GK coaching sessions
Knowledge of the girl’s and women’s game
Passionate about GK youth player development
High level of organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
