Job Description


Comprehensive Digital is an agency based in London which supports Stadia & Venues with managing Digital Asset technologies such as IPTV networks and LED displays. We work in the Sports, Entertainment & Event industries.


We are looking for some enthusiastic individuals to come on board and assist our young and dynamic team with managing the Digital Asset operation for our clients on event days. You will have the exciting opportunity of working on events including Premier League matchdays, NFL UK, Concerts, Corporate Conferences and more. Your role will be to assist our Digital Asset Manager with on-site pre-event preparation and event day delivery.

Here’s some of what you will be doing:

● Conduct stadium wide checks to ensure all screens are working correctly and content is

displaying correctly

● Report any screen damage or content issues to the Digital Asset Manager

● Use technologies such as Tripleplay and Daktronics to programme content onto screens

● Liaise with various stakeholders to facilitate screen content requests

● Create/edit static and video content using Adobe software (i.e Food & Beverage menus, Safety messaging, Travel updates, Commercial partner content)

Training will be provided - you do not need to have prior Digital Asset experience.


This role would suit someone who has a keen interest and desire to work in Sports, Event Management/Production, IT/AV or Digital. The nature of this role will allow you to experience behind-the-scenes insight into event production for major events and an opportunity to gain a wide range of skills. You will be directly involved in working with people including directors, various departments (Marketing, Commercial, Security, IT, Hospitality) and agencies so this will suit a confident and strong communicator. University students/graduates are encouraged to apply.


● Flexible availability to work on midweek/weekend events (mainly Matchday -1 + Matchdays)

● Based in London (or easy access to North & East London)

● Fluent in English and good communicator

● Enjoy working in a team and with different personalities

● Strong with IT and enjoy learning new technologies

● Attention to detail in ensuring work is accurate and mistakes are identified

● Comfortable with working in a hands-on role which is people facing and fast-paced

● Comfortable with pressure and stepping up to take on extra responsibilities when needed

● A calm approach in responding to issues

● Ability to create/edit content using Photoshop/Adobe Creative


Please note that this is a freelance role which is based around event requirements. There are no fixed days/hours. You will receive a competitive day rate for shifts you work.
