Event Day and Street Team Volunteers will serve a critical role within the organization, as this person will help ensure the Club is properly implementing and managing a best-in-class gameday experience as well as helping to promote the Club and our mission at other events and community engagements. Candidates will get first-hand, behind-the-scenes experience on everything it takes to operate successful gamedays and events.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Team store retail associate
Fan experience implementation (e.g. Play on the Pitch, Ball Kids, postgame photos on field etc.)
Positive attitude and problem-solving approach
Be comfortable interacting with fans and providing first-class customer service
Perform strenuous physical duties, including carrying heavy boxes and equipment.
Must be available to work home matchdays (schedule available on HartfordAthletic.com)
