An opportunity has arisen within the Ticketing Department for a full time Senior Ticketing Executive
Support the Ticketing Operations Manager in the day to day management of the Ticket Office and to cover during absences.
Ensure sufficient staffing levels to provide first class counter sales and inbound email sales enquiry services and to ensure that all sales activities are dealt with promptly, with a high level of customer service and within agreed times.
Develop, alongside the Data and Insight Executive, proactive sales projects targeting fan engagement and incremental ticketing revenue
Lead the team during the implementation of Ticketing Sales projects
Create and manage data lists in line with General Data Protection Regulations
Fully support the operational delivery of the Ticketing service, ensuring team support within all ticketing activities
Have experience of working within a proactive sales environment and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and leadership skills
Be proficient and knowledgeable of the computerised ticketing system and Microsoft Office
Have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to prioritise tasks
Be meticulous and possess a high level of numeracy to help in reconciling sales and cash
Have the ability to work under pressure during challenging periods and be able to work towards agreed targets
