We are seeking highly motivated, skillful, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Academy Coaching team as a part time Development Centre coach working with our Pre-Academy age groups (U7-U8).
Working at our centre in West London you will play a key role in the delivery of the Pre-Academy coaching programme including the planning, delivery, and evaluation of coaching sessions in line with the Club’s coaching and player development frameworks.
You must have a proven track record of providing service excellence to young people and parents and show the necessary desire and commitment to develop yourself professionally and continuously within your role.
Previous experience of working with and supporting the development of Pre-Academy aged players (7-8 years) are important, as are excellent communication and organisational skills. You must have a clear understanding of individualised development and have experience of successfully deploying strategies to support this process.
Candidates should possess the ability to set up, manage and develop outstanding learning environments that allow young people to feel safe and confident.
Candidates as a minimum must hold the FA Level 2 and Youth Award certificates, and preferably a UEFA B coaching license. Candidates must also have in date FA emergency first aid and FA safeguarding qualifications. A more detailed understanding of safeguarding children plus risk assessing is also preferred for this role.
