We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team.  As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning E2E and monitoring our overall supply chain activity and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. In this role, you will report to the Head of Operations, control and manage all supply chain and logistics aspects.


  •  Procurement with direct vendors and managing subcontractor purchasing
  •  Leading cost reduction approach, negotiate with vendors, and build alternatives and backups
  •  Plan equipping according to forecasts and sales
  •  Import materials and export to retails, fulfillment centers, and customer
  •  Monitor demands on all business channels (B2B, B2C, Retails, etc.)
  •  Responsibility for all materials handling and company inventory (in-house and out)
  •  Ongoing monitoring of subcontractor and manufacturing
  •  Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
  •  Collaborate with Sales, Operations, R&D, and Customer Service teams 
  •  Determine key supply chain KPIs
  •  Suggest solutions for process improvements
  •  Provide constructive feedback


Requirements and qualifications:

  •  4-6 years working experience in the supply chain in an HW Hi-tech company
  •  Strong negotiation skills and cost-effective orientation.
  •  Process thinker with great analytic skills, yet, out of the box thinker and problems solver
  •  Reports creating ability
  •  Solid understanding of organization IT systems (B2C stores & portals, ERP, CRM, CSS)
  •  Hands-on experience with Priority ERP (or similar)- a must
  •  Wide range of logistics experience (import-export of all kinds to materials and consuming products)
  •  Basic finance knowledge (for payments and reports)
  •  BA\BSc in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or similar relevant field
