About the Role:
The Vice President will provide direction and leadership for the Foundation’s national corporate and institutional fundraising efforts. This organizational leader will be responsible for generating new business revenue from local, regional and national companies, foundations, and other institutions by building multi-faceted, multi-year partnerships to facilitate the Foundation’s strategic growth, with a special focus on its flagship programs Soccer for Success and Safe Places to Play. This individual is responsible for the management of a portfolio of several high-level existing partnerships, the development of new revenue opportunities, and creating value add and mutually beneficial market activation opportunities. This individual is a team player who builds strong cross-department collaboration to ensure mission-driven support and effective stewardship of funders and partners.

At the U.S. Soccer Foundation, the Revenue department supports the mission and vision of the organization through the engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors, corporate partners, public agencies, and foundations. The department oversees the entire revenue enterprise, unifying all elements of the fundraising operations, driving innovation and outreach across multiple channels, maximizing impact, and achieving significant, sustained revenue growth.
