Job Description

Who we are

Real Projects are award winning elearning developers, working at the forefront of professional learning.

Our ever-growing elearning catalog includes courses on remote working, football, leadership skills, workplace wellbeing, information security, and many more besides. We aim to deliver the critical content that employers need—and we have helped some of the UK’s biggest companies to develop their people.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a performance analyst who currently holds (or has recently held) a permanent role with a Women’s Super League team (or equivalent overseas) or has worked at International Level.

You must have carried out the full range of performance analysis or opposition analysis tasks in women’s football.

Ideally, you will enjoy reflecting on your experience, and have ideas about how the analysis profession can be developed, and how it should be shared, informed and shared to new starters in the role.

What you’ll be doing

You will work with our writing team to produce educational courses on the key skills of performance analysis, with a focus on the unique challenges and opportunities of the women’s football.

We will not ask you to reveal any detail about the specific analysis processes at your club. We’re interested in your personal football knowledge and skills, not the systems unique to your current role.
