In this generalist role, you’ll create and review people strategies for key departments, conducting activities that drive engagement and maximise performance. The broad range of tasks in this generalist role should excite you; our teams are made up of employees, casual workers and consultants so you’ll have experience in navigating the complexities of varying contract types. Moreover, you’ll be a confident recruiter focused on providing an excellent candidate experience yet equally thorough and diligent in providing management support with ER cases.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for how to continuously improve HR services and processes; as an advantage, the successful candidate will have prior experience of MHR’s iTrent system and be able to evidence where they have utilised technology to deliver an enhanced employee experience.
Your can-do attitude, as well as your honesty and integrity, means you’ll become a trusted advisor across the business who is willing and able to challenge as well as provide generalist support. We’re looking for somebody who is passionate to drive our team forward – somebody who thinks critically about the way we do things but is also strongly solution focused and pragmatic to get the job done.
