Tottenham Hotspur is a world-famous football club based in North London. We have created a sport and leisure destination for London with a multi-use stadium capable of staging major sporting and non-sporting events, including NFL, rugby, and concerts, as well as Tottenham Hotspur matches. Our world-class Conference & Events facilities also provide the perfect location for businesses and organisations from around the world to showcase their work to the UK’s capital city.

The Event Support Team is currently expanding to cater for the increased stadium demands, which includes the match day and non-match day event operations. The team will be based out of the Club’s state of the art, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and will focus on providing support for the Venue Operations Team (Events Team).

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for candidates who are flexible, have excellent customer service skill, and have an understanding for large capacity major events. This role will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and or/ Bank Holidays to keep up with the demands of the events calendar.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support Events Team to deliver a world-class guest experience on match-day and non-match day events, providing a warm welcome to guests and ensuring guests expectations are delivered.
  • Support the Events Team with all VIP and player appearances and chaperoning.
  • Liaise with the Events Team to ensure delivery of programmes are distributed and reconciled correctly and efficiently.
  • Be the face of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club by being available to answer guests FAQ’s and providing accurate information.
  • Directional wayfinding
  • Support with accessibility when required
  • Engage with our guests with face painting, handing out giveaways, taking photos
  • Answering external and internal phone calls.
  • Ensure the requests that are communicated via the Event Hub are assigned, escalating any issues when necessary.
  • Other numerous responsibilities which involve the set up and breakdown of an event which may include manual handling tasks.
