Job Description

Leicester City Football Club is looking to appoint a Marketing Executive (maternity cover) to join its Marketing team.

About the role

The role will require the successful candidate to effectively assist the wider marketing team in achieving the Club's marketing objectives and KPIs.

They will manage, plan and execute campaigns ensuring they reflect the brand at all times. 

 

Who we’re looking for 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a marketing role/environment with experience in planning multi-channel marketing campaigns.

They will have creative copy writing experience as well as experience in both business-to-customer and business-to-business marketing.

 

Key duties

  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
  • Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
  • Organising events and product exhibitions
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information

Essential requirements

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point
  • Experience in Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and programmatic marketing
  • Experience using Communicator or similar ESP
  • Experience using/working with Magneto or similar e-commerce systems
  • Experience using/working with a CRM/database system

Contract Type – Fixed-term (12 months – Maternity Cover)
