POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Manager of Partner Activation brings unique value to Sacramento Republic FC's corporate partners by deeply understanding their business and objectives as well as implementation of the contractual platforms and associated assets. This role’s key focus is to deepen relationships through proactive communication and provide Return on Objectives (ROO) on the designed partnership platform(s) in order to ensure partner retention, renewal, and potential year over year up-sells.  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee all aspects of project management on assigned Republic FC corporate partner accounts. This includes contract implementation, signage, hospitality, in-stadium and in-market activations, community programs, developing business and relationship building.
  • Implement all Republic FC corporate partners' contractual elements of their respective assigned accounts.
  • Provide added value to Republic FC corporate partnerships through recognizing new business opportunities as a result of a continual understanding of the partner’s everchanging goals and objectives.
  • Create, present and deliver all business collateral to Republic FC corporate partners, including renewal presentations, implementation guides, monthly and end of the year recaps, and outbound partner communication.
  • Manage and prioritize assets and inventory for multiple Republic FC corporate partners.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments within Republic FC, Marketing, Community Investment, Operations, and Ticket Sales to ensure corporate partner platforms, activations and assets are accurate and effective.
  • Closely track and contribute real-time reporting detail on assigned partner accounts through the use of HubSpot or other assigned CRM platforms of the Club.
  • Participate in Republic FC team member sales training and sponsorship activities.
  • Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. 
  • Such other duties consistent with the position as may be assigned to you from time to time. 
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • Experience and knowledge of working on a sponsorship team or previously in a sports sales/service account management role is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to develop strong working relationships with partners, coworkers and other key stakeholders
  • Ability to speak confidently and effectively before groups of customers or employees of the Club
  • Inherent interest, passion, and experience for Community development 
  • Must have the ability and discipline to manage multiple projects simultaneously
