We have an exciting opportunity for a Disability Access Officer within our Ticketing Team based at Villa Park. You will act as the Liaison between the Club and its disabled supporters and be responsible for establishing user-led consultation and on-going dialogue between both parties.
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of relevant legislation and criteria. You will also have excellent customer service skills and able to advise our supporters in a consistent and professional manner.
