We are responsible for promoting and developing the game at all levels; from grass roots through to the professional game, The FA Cup and the England International teams, and has two core assets: Wembley Stadium and St George’s Park.

Role Description

The FA is looking for an Operations Coordinator to work within the Operations & Facilities Team at St George's Park (SGP).

SGP is the FA Groups headquarters for The Technical Directorate Division and training home of the England representative teams.

The purpose of these roles is to support in the successful delivery and coordination of events at SGP, as well as the management of resources for operations and events in line with policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities
  • To facilitate the delivery of all SGP events.
  • Attend strategic meetings to plan delivery of events at SGP.
  • To be responsible for the effective management of the customer journey when on site.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in control of assets and to be responsible for the movement of equipment across the site.
  • Make efficient use of resources, human and equipment, to full fill events support roles.
  • Ensure correct safety and planning paperwork relating to events are in order and available for inspection in line with H&S guidelines.
  • Ensure documentation is prepared in advance of the event to deliver the high levels of service expected at SGP.
  • Execute additional tasks as required to meet changing FA Group priorities
What we are looking for
  • Full driving license
  • Good PC skills
  • Ability to work within a team as well as on their own
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of working within a customer facing environment
  • Ability to follow procedures within a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety/ Risk assessments would be desirable.
