To support our HR & Services Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a customer service and solution oriented person as a Product Manager, 100%

 

Your duties

 

  • Be accountable for the complete lifecycle of the Products in scope; including delivery, operations, and release planning
  • Establish and maintain a trust relationship with the Business Stakeholders
  • Create and agree together with the Business Stakeholders a Product long-term vision, roadmap, and strategy
  • Build and maintain Product awareness and coordinate the Product Roadmap across Products
  • Create and maintain the Product backlog according to the priorities given by the Business Stakeholders 
  • Lead the Product Backlog delivery ensuring continuous acceptance from the business throughout the delivery
  • Ensure the Product delivers a high-quality User Experience
  • Understand the Product requirements and propose innovative solutions
  • Facilitate the engagement and coordination of all IT capabilities, as well as the non-IT areas involved, during the Product Lifecycle, such as IT Architecture, IT Security, Legal, Procurement, Branding, among others
  • Facilitate and drive the actions that lead to the definition of the Product budget, as well as ensuring its efficient management and utilization throughout the Product Lifecycle
  • Identify risks relevant to the Product and propose risk treatment strategies
  • Plan and run regular Product Board meetings

 

Our requirements

 

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
  • In-depth knowledge of various delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum (certification in Professional Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP an advantage)
  • At least 10+ years of proven work experience in IT roles – ideally within Delivery areas
  • Proven work experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner for at least 5 years within the IT field
  • Proven record of successful deliveries of various complexities within global and multi-cultural organisations
  • Experience of working closely with UX/UI designer and development teams
  • Experience in requirements gathering for web applications and subsequent translation of requirements in user stories
  • Fluent English, business fluency in at least a second FIFA language (French, Spanish or German, the latter being an advantage)
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to manage teams remotely
  • High sense of accountability, trustworthiness and ethics
