FC Tulsa is seeking a driven and collaborative Digital Media Coordinator who is committed to continuing to grow FC Tulsa’s digital presence through its social media, website, app and other platforms. The Digital Media Coordinator will be primarily responsible for managing FC Tulsa’s various social media accounts and the analytics of each, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn. This position will also be expected to help manage FC Tulsa’s website and Official Mobile App.
FC Tulsa is looking for a hard worker who is people-focused and relationship-driven but uses data to support the strategy behind the day-to-day operation of FC Tulsa’s platforms. Digital media, and especially social media, are fun and creative mediums to engage with the FC Tulsa fanbase and the Digital Media Coordinator should reflect that in his or her approach to the position.
This position will report to the Head of Communication & Digital.
Daily posting and interaction through FC Tulsa’s social media accounts.
Creating content that engages FC Tulsa fans and grows the fanbase through the promotion of the club, tickets, merch and the club’s corporate partners
Assisting with graphic design used on digital media platforms.
Assisting with managing the back end of the club’s website, FCTulsa.com
Managing a Digital Media intern
Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm about contributing to the success of the department and club
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Must have reliable transportation.
Other various tasks as needed.
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience
Internship experience with managing and organization’s social media accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Sports Marketing, or a related field.
A knowledge of American soccer and the USL Championship.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to speak and write in Spanish is preferred.
