Salary: £11.50 per hour
Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing
Hours: 10-25 hours per week during the football season.
Job Type: Casual, hourly paid

The job
Brighton & Hove Albion FC are looking for a proactive and motivational individual to come and join the team at our category 1 academy based in Lancing. As Academy Coach it would be your responsibility to coach and develop our academy boys from under 13 through to under 16, to prepare them for elite professional football within our academy. What does the day to day look like?
Coaching high quality football sessions!  The successful candidate must be organised as you will be responsible for ensuring engaging sessions are fully prepared and that you have completed session plans in advance. You will need to identify the needs of individual groups and tailor your delivery as appropriate. The hours will average from 10-25 hours per week during the football season and will be primarily mid-week evenings, day release sessions and Sunday fixtures.
 
What we need
It is essential that the successful candidate holds the following qualifications:
  • UEFA B Licence
  • FA Module Level 1,2 and 3
  • Valid FA Safeguarding
  • Valid FA Emergency Aid
  • Member of the FA Licenses Coaches¿ Club
 
The successful candidate must also be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check).
