Job Description

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director, Commercial & Marketing, the Senior Executive, Digital & Marketing, will be responsible to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies / initiatives for the organisation, its national teams and professional league(s). The Senior Executive, Digital & Marketing will champion the adoption and transition of the organisation and its football into the digital realm.

Job Description

  • Build digital marketing roadmap to align with FAS’ marketing strategy to widen coverage and increase credibility.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels including, but not limited to, website, blogs, emails, CRM, e-commerce store(s) and social media to ensure professional implementation of brand consistency and tone of voice.
  • Develop digital growth campaigns including but not limited to, marketing database, email, social and display advertising to create and maintain higher levels of social presence and engagement with fans, stakeholders and players.
  • Create interactive, engaging online content for all FAS’ social platforms to increase followers, engagement and reach, with due consideration of SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Integrate with other departments to build innovative, cohesive digital strategies and content consistent with the FAS’ marketing strategy to widen coverage and increase credibility.
  • Evaluate, monitor, analyse and report FAS’ digital metrics consistently including, but not limited to, ROIs, KPIs, campaign performance, competitive trends, and digital / social data and, where necessary, adapting to FAS’ digital needs by recreating / reimagining digital strategies to ensure relevance and credibility.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the sports industry to embrace, ensuring the FAS is at the forefront of technological advancements.
  • Motivate and train members of the FAS fraternity where appropriate to achieve goals in growing associated digital marketing platforms.
  • Planning and implementation of livestreaming for FAS and Singapore Premier League events.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating all operational matters for FAS and Singapore Premier League, and sponsors’ event and tournament.
  • Work closely with the media team on the publicity and promotional aspect for sponsors’ event and tournament(s).
  • Project manage the development, implementation and migration into a Football Singapore LIVE OTT app.
  • Grow and develop the FAS’ eSports blueprint, increasing the organisation’s digital presence and reaching a new target audience.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Director, Commercial & Marketing and/or General Secretary.

Pre-requisites

  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Technologies or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Highly creative and resourceful with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and inspire.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent analytical, data-driven thinking and project management skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Able to work independently but also a great team player.
  • Ability to present data in a clear, concise and visual-first manner is an added advantage.
  • Strong passion and/or understanding for sports is a critical advantage.
