As a Project Manager, you will be a part of a larger Product team that consists of experienced Product Managers, Product Engineers and UX/UI professionals all reporting to the Product Director as well as multiple Software Engineering teams.

Hawk-Eye Innovations has a set of in house built products and tools used as building blocks for client and user focused solutions. Your role will be a key part of efficiently maintaining, enhancing and extending our core products and tools, ensuring their continued success and disruptive future.
Your impact >>
As a Project Manager, you will help coordinate people, manage dependencies and remove impediments for the efficient delivery of products and features that impact millions of people worldwide. You may expect to interact with some of the biggest names in the elite sports industry as well as internal groups of highly skilled individuals at Hawk-Eye. Your understanding of delivery, planning and business, as well as experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and leads, are some of the skills you may expect to use in this role.
You will be working on our existing portfolio products and tools as well as help bring new products and features to life. You will drive iterative, agile delivery of both project and maintenance work streams by developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation to deliver on time, within budget and scope.
You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s status, organisation and timeline.
As a person, we see an independent and flexible individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to be a great fit for this role. You are able to think strategically and creatively and have great problem-solving skills while being organised and able to manage your time and the time of others effectively.
Other responsibilities include:
Coordinating internal resources, manage internal as well as external dependencies and removing impediments for the flawless execution of projects;
Ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
Managing resource availability and allocation;
Developing detailed project plans to track progress;
Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
Reporting and escalating to management as needed;
Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Performing risk management to minimize project risks;
Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties;
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation;
Increasing internal understanding of evolving agile practices, new technologies, opportunities and trends;
Occasional international travel to meet customers.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
What we need from you >> Whilst we are ideally looking for candidates whose professional experience matches the below requirements, we are always on the look-out for those who can demonstrate a high degree of initiative and ambition, as well as relevant experience.
3+ years in a Digital Project Manager role managing all stages of the digital product life cycle with relevant stakeholder management experience;
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver on common goals;
Good client-facing and internal communication skills;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Good organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
Good understanding of the technologies used in the products worked on;
Understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
