What's your new role about




The Advertising Campaign Executive is responsible for the activation, managing and reporting of all ad campaigns that run across Footballco’s portfolio of websites in LATAM. You will be responsible for the set-up, testing, implementation and delivery of campaigns across display, video and app. This role will need to handle multiple traffic-related requests from different teams internally across the region so attention to detail and organisational skills are imperative. The ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator with an aptitude for new technologies and keen to learn.




The Advertising Campaign Executive will be expected to:




  • Work with various internal departments to implement and oversee the delivery of ad campaigns across display, video and app
  • Test, traffic and troubleshoot new creatives and 3rd party tracking
  • Proactively optimise campaigns at regular intervals and communicate delivery concerns
  • Provide internal and external technical support for campaign related issues
  • Conduct regular discrepancy checks & trouble-shoot any technical issues
  • Deliver campaign reports and regular metric based reporting to all areas of the business
  • Reconcile delivery figures and handle any additional billing queries
  • Understand and follow internal processes, suggest improvements where appropriate
  • Manage and prioritise own workload, take ownership of all assigned tasks and provide output within the deadlines
  • Identify and escalate issues ahead of time to help reduce financial implications




Professional Experience, Knowledge & Skills




  • Operations experience at a publisher, media owner or ad tech vendor
  • Experience and a thorough specialist knowledge and understanding of online advertising sales, including programmatic, mobile and Apps.
  • Good understanding of responsive design applied to website, ad slots and ad formats.
  • Must have experience with GAM, familiarity with rich media tags, basic understanding of Javascripts, CSS, HTML5 and responsive design.
  • Ability to multi-task within an Ad Operations environment – including campaign management, scheduling and reconciliation
  • High Attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
  • Problem solving approach & troubleshooting experience using debugging tools
  • Must be efficient and organised with time and able to work on a list of priorities and importance.
