Job Description


  • To strive and develop a nationally competitive youth development program. NCAA college placements of players and the creation of future professionals.

Reports to: CEO, GM.

Directly Manages: All Boys/Girls Head Coaches and Auxiliary Staff (Goalkeeping)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To Head Coach 2xTeams
  • To oversee the college recruitment process for players 
  • To manage and provide ongoing educational support to players and staff coaches.
  • To provide insight into the philosophical direction of the club both on and off the field

Minimum Requirements

  • USSF B Youth License or Equivalent 
  • Degree in a related field (Coaching, Teaching/Education, Sports Science, Sports Studies, Sport Management, etc) 
  • A strong history of overseeing collegiate recruitment/understanding of the collegiate game
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience

  • NCAA Coaching Experience
  • US Soccer Experience
  • Masters Degree in related field
  • Strong playing background
