Job Description

Reporting to: HR Team 
Department: Human Resources 
Location: Stamford Bridge, Fulham 
Working Hours: 35 per week 
 
Job Function: To provide comprehensive HR administrative support to the business 
 
 Main Responsibilities: 
  •  Co-ordinate the new starter process, ensuring all necessary checks are carried out in timely manner 
  •  Raise and issue Offer letters and Contracts of Employment 
  •  Process change to terms of employment and leavers issuing the relevant documents 
  •  To monitor and progress all checks required by the Club including renewals 
  •  To manage the HR inbox dealing with queries within the agreed SLA 
  •  Ensure all employee files are accurate and up to date in line with GDPR
  •  Keep up to date with HR policies and procedures and advise staff accordingly 
  •  Provide guidance and advice to managers regarding HR issues 
  •  Produce relevant correspondence for basic disciplinary and performance hearings and attend meetings as a note taker 
  •  Assistance with ad-hoc projects as required and assist the HR team as necessary 
  •  Visa checking using the Home Office weblink Measures of Performance: 
  •  HR administration in line with best practice 
  •  CoreHR is utilised to full, including producing accurate and up-to-date reports 
 
 Person Spec: 
  •  Previous HR administration experience (Essential) 
  •  Previous HR systems experience (Essential) 
  •  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  •  Excellent computer skills with a good understanding of Microsoft 
  •  Structured, well-organised and meticulous attention to detail (Essential) 
  •  Proficient in reporting and managing data
  •  Ability to plan work, deal with conflicting priorities and deadlines 
  •  Proactive approach to work and able to work on own initiative 
  •  Able to manage highly sensitive/confidential employee information 
  •  CIPD full / part qualified (Desirable)
