PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER (CLUBS, LEAGUES AND FEDERATIONS)

By joining our expanding club team you will be responsible to develop our country relationships.

By becoming our new club manager you will help us to develop our club business in one of our top markets. We expect you to be experienced in the football industry; with relationships and connections in the football marketplace.

Focusing on relationship management, supporting sales with revenue growth, and project management, become an essential part of our club team. The role itself will have a presence in the media industry speaking on behalf of our club strategy and media trends in the football media marketplace; at events, and in industry networking forums.

You will be passionate about the football industry and able to explain football marketplace trends fluently.

YOUR ROLE

  • Managing relationships for all clubs in the respective country
  • Overseeing and controlling all parts of the club’s collaboration
  • Acquisition of clubs and main POC for clubs
  • BOOST revenue responsibility, educating the clubs about BOOST - defining the framework for BOOST (rate card, ways of working, etc.)
  • Interface management for Sales, Editorial, OTT and Influencer Marketing
  • Regular meetings with the clubs, reporting, etc.
  • Execute a market strategy for your country together with the club team
  • Conduct research on your countries' football industry
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with clubs

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years working experience in media, digital, club, sponsorship, marketing, rights holder environment
  • Know how about interaction between content, commercial, sponsorships
  • Proven track record in managing projects with digital products in a high pace international environment
  • Hands-on mentality and confidence in pitches, negotiations and interactions with top level representatives of clubs, leagues, federations and sponsors.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passionate team player with a network to leverage
  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written skills in English
