The Role

The Ticketing Sales & Operations Executive supports the delivery of all ticketing product setup, inventory management, reporting, and matchday operations. The role ensures that on-sales run smoothly, pricing and allocations are applied correctly, and that the ticketing system operates reliably to support both revenue growth and supporter experience.

This role works closely with the Fan Services team to ensure clarity of process and issue resolution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build, configure and test ticketing events, products, pricing rules and entitlements.
  • Manage ticket allocations including general admission, away allocations, internal holds and hospitality crossover requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance and produce regular reporting and dashboards.
  • Support demand forecasting, pricing reviews and utilisation analysis.
  • Work with Fan Services to ensure clear communication of ticketing processes and resolve escalated issues.
  • Design and Deliver fan facing communications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system issues, liaising with the system provider as required.
  • Support access control configuration, testing and matchday readiness tasks.
  • Assist with fraud monitoring, misuse detection and audit controls.
  • Contribute to system development and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support matchday ticketing operations including live system monitoring and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with audit, GDPR and league requirements.

Experience and Qualifications required:

Essential

  • Experience working with ticketing or CRM systems.
  • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Confident working with data, reporting and spreadsheets.
  • Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in sports, events or venue ticketing.
  • Knowledge of access control or digital ticketing systems.
