Bristol Sport Foundation
As Director of School Operations, you will establish and maintain meaningful relationships with primary schools across the city. You will lead and develop a team of passionate delivery staff, shape an evidence informed evaluation framework, and take ownership of the financial sustainability of our schools programme, Forever Sport.

Salary: £38,000 – 42,000 per annum
Hours: Working hours: 37.5 hours/week, predominantly Monday – Friday between 8.45am and 4.45pm.
Contract type: Fixed term until August 31st, 2026 (extension likely, but dependent on funding).
Location: School and community based delivery across Bristol, South Glos, Banes and North Somerset. Office based at Ashton Gate Stadium.
