Senior Community Engagement Manager - Foundation 92

Foundation 92 are seeking a new Senior Community Engagement Manager to help the Foundation continue to make a positive difference to the lives of people in Salford and Greater Manchester.

The Foundation is looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic, and professional individual to the exciting role of Senior Community Engagement Manager. The Senior Community Engagement Manager will lead the strategic development, coordination and delivery of Foundation 92s Community Engagement strand.

They will oversee the programme design, delivery and impact across multiple sites, ensuring all work aligns with Foundation 92’s mission and values. The post holder will also manage and support a diverse team of outreach, youth and community staff, build strong stakeholder partnerships and ensure effective monitoring and reporting against KPIs, contracts and funding outcomes.

All post holders will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS clearance prior to the commencement of employment.

Salary- £32,000 – £38,000 per year
