BabyBallers offers football and child development sporting activities for girls and boys aged 16 months all the way through to 5 years old. We believe in learning through play and think our courses can help children get ready for their future lives at school and beyond.
We require a reliable, self-driven, enthusiastic and confident part-time head coach to help grow our classes in these areas.
As a head coach you would be trained to our standards of working.
Not only will you be responsible for setting up and delivering our sessions alongside an assistant to a group of up to 20 children aged 16 months to 5 years, but you will be able to maintain fantastic customer relationship within the class plus build a strong rapport with parents.
Full training will be available to get you up to scratch with how we allow the children to learn through play!
Full Enhanced DBS required will be purchased by the employer for successful applicant
Preferred but not essential
- Football or Sports coaching experience or experience working with children
- Full Driving License, or form of transport to be able to get to location
Responsibilities and Duties
- Set up and delivery of sessions.
- To ensure parents receive merchandise as instructed by club manager
- Responsibility to look after class equipment (potentially)
- Maintaining fantastic customer relationship within the class.
- Be enthusiastic and fun with the children.
Working Hours:
- Saturday mornings and Sunday morning (9am - 11:15am)
- Monday afternoons in Laindon (4:10pm - 5:45pm)
- You do not need to be available for all of these, we will discuss this with you.
Job Type: Part-time - £13 - £18 per hour (to be discussed based on age & experience, training rate will be slightly lower per hour).
