The Company
Our goal is massive… we are aiming to become the ‘World’s Leading Children’s Football Coaching Organisation’. The Football Fun Factory was founded in 2017 and has now grown into a nationwide football provider and is spreading across the UK and beyond.

The Role
The Football Fun Factory is the UK’s fastest-growing children’s football coaching franchise and most of our Head Coaches are franchisees, owning and operating their very own football coaching franchise.

This role is to support the local franchisee in the running of their football programmes. We have Lead Coach and Assistant Coach positions available with sessions in Southend, Westcliff, Rayleigh and Hockley.

The Person
You will be a superstar football coach with an ability to engage and inspire children. You will need to be an excellent face to face communicator and fantastic at building and developing relationships with both parents and children.

Qualifications
You will need a football coaching qualification, first aid certification and valid DBS check.

Hours
Hours will vary depending on your availability.

We have sessions that take place during the evening and weekends, as well as Camps in the school holidays and parties and events. Our hope is that the successful candidate will want to take on as many coaching hours as possible and to grow their schedule over time. Hourly rate will be based on experience.

Location
Your place of work will vary, as you will deliver sessions across the local community in the evenings and weekends. We currently have sessions in the following locations:

- Garon Park 3G (Thursdays 4-5pm)

- Westcliff High School (Wednesdays 6-7pm)

– Rayleigh Leisure Centre (Fridays 4-6pm)
– Clements Hall (Tuesdays 5-6pm)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£25.00 per hour
