FFF Sports is a premium football development organisation working with over 500 children every week across the Northwich region. We deliver high-quality team programmes, after-school clubs and holiday camps, supported by a structured coaching syllabus and a strong reputation within the North West football community and professional academies.
As FFF continues to grow alongside our indoor facility, NdoorZ, we are looking to appoint an ambitious, motivated and high-quality football coach to join our coaching team.
Role Overview
- Coach and manage a FFF youth team within our competitive programme
- Plan and deliver structured training sessions aligned with the FFF syllabus
- Lead matchdays, player development and team progression
- Provide clear feedback and development targets to players
- Build positive relationships with players and parents
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate football sessions in local primary schools
- Lead and support holiday football camps and events
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, safety and organisation
Essential Requirements
- FA Introduction to Coaching Football / Level 1 (minimum)
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
- FA Emergency Aid / First Aid Certificate
- Experience coaching children in grassroots or academy environments
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for player development and high standards
- Ability to plan structured, engaging sessions across different age groups
