Wiltshire FA is recruiting for a Finance Officer or Finance Manager (dependent on experience) to join its motivated and successful team. The successful postholder will lead the organisation's financial management activities and, working alongside the leadership team, will contribute to the wider delivery of activity that supports Wiltshire FA's purpose:
Wiltshire FA is the not‑for‑profit governing body of football in the county. The organisation works to grow participation, promote diversity, and regulate the sport to ensure it is enjoyed by all. Wiltshire FA is proud to champion ‘Football For All'.
The organisation is based at a purpose‑built football hub in Devizes, with advanced plans to operate a second site in Swindon by the end of 2026, and active work underway to identify a suitable site for a further football‑led facility in the south of the county.
The successful candidate will report to the Chief Executive Officer, Simon Russell.
The primary focus of the role is on delivering effective financial operations, which represents 0.6 FTE. Wiltshire FA may appoint a candidate solely on this basis. However, depending on the skills and experience of applicants, the organisation may appoint someone on a 0.8 FTE or full‑time basis, with additional administrative responsibilities included.

The current stadium was officially opened in 2007, replacing the original 1923-built Wembley Stadium which stood on the same site.
St. George’s Park, The FA's National Football Centre, is located in Burton-on-Trent and is an education and research centre giving future generations of English football coaches the fundamentals they need to effectively coach in their communities.
The £105m St George's Park, an impressive 330-acre facility, has 11 outdoor pitches, including an exact replica of the pitch at Wembley Stadium, as well as an altitude chamber that allows them to mimic playing conditions in different stadia around the world.
