As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) (m/f/d), you will actively support our Sales and Marketing teams in identifying, analyzing, and initiating contact with high-profile decision-makers. You will learn the practical application of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies in one of the most demanding niche markets in the world.
Your key stakeholders and target contacts include:
Heads of Scouting and Sporting Directors
Tech Decision-Makers (e.g., Heads of Data Science, Performance Directors)
Executives at Federations and Leagues
Decision-makers in specialized consulting firms and sports tech companies
Geographic Focus: You will help us generate leads across nearly every country featured in the FIFA rankings.
We cover the following levels of football:
Primary Focus: Professional tiers of Men’s, Women’s, and Youth football (targeting the top 3 leagues in each country).
Secondary Focus: Opportunities extending into amateur and academy levels.
Systematic Research: Creating targeted contact lists for relevant decision-makers in defined regions.
Outbound Prospecting: Utilizing professional tools to identify and verify direct contact information.
Messaging Strategy: Assisting in the development and tailoring of personalized outbound email and social media campaigns for our specialized audience.
Data Management: Supporting lead administration and qualification within the CRM system.
Market Analysis: Conducting research to identify current needs for innovation and sports technology within target clubs and organizations.
Currently enrolled students or recent graduates, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or Communications.
A strong interest in B2B processes and the complex environment of professional football.
Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of self-initiative.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential (additional languages are a significant advantage).
Prior experience with research tools or CRM systems is desirable.
