Your tasks
- You are part of the HSV service team and advise fans by phone and email on all questions concerning HSV.
- At the reception of the office and the Alexander Otto Academy, you are the face of HSV, look after our guests, coordinate the mailroom - including the receipt and distribution of goods deliveries - as well as the office supply warehouse and are the main contact person for HSV employees for all kinds of requests.

- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in reception duties or customer service.
- You are distinguished by a strong understanding of service and communication skills,
- You enjoy interacting with fans, customers, and employees.
- You have a good knowledge of the English language and excellent spelling skills.
