Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Football Coach to lead, scale, and inspire our next generation of talent. This role is pivotal to the growth of our programs and the long-term development of our players.
Working alongside our wider coaching staff, you will design and deliver high-quality, inclusive training sessions for players of all ages and abilities. Your mission is to create an environment where athletes don't just improve their game, but thrive as individuals both on and off the pitch.
Coaches should hold a minimum FA LEVEL 1 - or ideally a UEFA C Coaching Qualification.

- Sessional Coach (flexible hours, midweek, weekends, evenings)
Pay
We pay extremely competitive rates of pay for the right candidate (£25-£45 per session, £50-£100 per Saturday and £40-£45 per match on Sundays).

Job Description
- Lead coach for our competitive football teams at our partner clubs in Richmond and Kingston
- Identify and nurture talented players, supporting transitions into club environments or academies
- Monitor and track player progress, ensuring sessions are challenging, inclusive, and engaging
- Train and manage our competitive squads for training and matchdays
- Saturdays 9am-12:15pm or 9:30-11am
- Sunday Match Day KO varies (Surrey Youth League)
- Option to deliver with our midweek teams (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays)
- Option to deliver on our schools programme (curricular and extra curricular).
- Option to deliver at our holiday camps during school holidays.
Skills, knowledge & qualifications (required):
- Minimum FA Level 1 or UEFA C
- FA Safeguarding Certificate
Skills, knowledge & qualifications (Preferred):
- UEFA C/B (or working towards)
- FA Youth Award Module 1 (or working towards)
- Experience delivering within primary & secondary schools
