Support the Manager, Transport Client Services – Referees by acting as the operational deputy for all referee transport at the Referees Base Camp Hotel (RBCH). Lead the Senior Coordinators, Coordinators, and transport crew, ensuring full coverage, clear tasking, and daily readiness.
Oversee all referee-dedicated vehicles and drivers, including briefings, schedules, fuelling, cleaning, compliance, and issue resolution. Maintain constant line-of-sight on daily movements, ensuring vehicles are prepared and positioned well ahead of departures.
Manage transport operations at the training site, including vehicle flow, parking coordination for all client groups, and upkeep of signage and infrastructure. Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate major incidents immediately.
Provide daily reporting to the Manager, capturing movements, delays, incidents, and key risks. Ensure accurate communication flow, operational discipline, and delivery of services to FIFA standards.

Leadership and Team Oversight:
- Supporting the Manager, Transport Client Services – Referees, ensuring continuity of leadership in daily operations and during periods when the Manager is offsite.
- Lead a team of Senior Coordinators and Coordinators at the Referees Base Camp Hotel RBCH.
- Provide ongoing coaching, tasking, and performance oversight to all transport crew assigned to referee operations.
- Manage daily schedules, rotations, breaks, and welfare for all assigned staff, maintaining constant operational coverage.
Strategic and Operational Delivery:
- Implement the Transport Client Services strategic plan and DSLA expectations at the hotel and training site.
- Oversee all referee-dedicated vehicles and drivers, ensuring line-of-sight across readiness, daily allocation, vehicle flows, and operational discipline.
- Coordinate closely with Fleet, Bus Operations, AND, Venue Operations, Security, and other functional areas to ensure seamless execution of referee movements.
Cross-FA Coordination:
- Act as a core contact for the Referees Liaison Officer (RLO), Referees Security Liaison Officer (RSLO), and TSV logistics counterparts.
- Align with the RLO and RSLO on daily requirements, priorities, contingencies, and emerging requests.
- Support bubble-to-bubble protocols and RSA procedures through close coordination with RSLO and Fleet.
- Ensure referee load zones at all sites always remain protected and available.
Vehicle and Driver Management:
- Lead daily driver briefings covering movement timings, route plans, expectations, and operational updates.
- Ensure all drivers are briefed, prepared, and on standby well ahead of departures.
- Monitor compliance with all referee transport policies, procedures, and vehicle standards.
- Liaising with Fleet/Bus management to resolve any maintenance issues quickly.
- Support drivers with any queries or operational challenges throughout the day.
Training Site Oversight:
- Oversee the full transport operation at the RBCTS, including load zone management, vehicle flow, client group parking oversight, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure the transport infrastructure, signage, and traffic-flow measures are in place before first use and maintained throughout the tournament.
- Manage and resolve all transport-related issues or incidents at the training site.
Operational Reporting & Escalations:
- Provide concise daily reporting to the Manager, Transport Client Services – Referees, including key movements, issues, delays, and escalations.
- Immediately escalate any major incidents, safety concerns, or service impacts to the Manager and relevant FAs.
- Support data tracking and operational logs as required to align with tournament DSLA and post-event reporting.
Availability
Transport Client Services Referee Supervisors must be available for the following contractual period:
- Approximately January through July 24, 2026
