Insights and Impact Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Impact and Insights Coordinator to join
our team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to make a real
difference to people’s lives through the use of research, evidence
and data. You will play a key role in embedding impact and insights
practices, to demonstrate the impact of our programmes by coordinating the collection, management and application of data to
monitor performance, evaluate outcomes and evidence meaningful
change.

Working closely with the Heads of Service (Senior Leadership
Team) and project staff across Health and Wellbeing, Children and
Young People, and Post-16 Education programmes, you will ensure
that strong, consistent impact measures are embedded across all
programmes.

The postholder will evaluate and analyse both quantitative and
qualitative data, helping to shape organisational strategy, funding
opportunities, communications and service delivery development.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional data gathering,
research and analytical abilities, with a proven track record, ideally
within a charity or Community Interest Company environment.


Duties and Responsibilities

Work closely with Blackburn Rovers Community Trust Heads of
Services (Senior Leadership Team) to create monitoring and
evaluation plans for projects, including creating outcome surveys
and logic models.

Use data analysis, both quantitative and qualitive, to provide
understandable and meaningful insights into project performance to
inform continuous improvement.

Provide support to staff members to enhance their skills in data and
feedback collection.

Utilise CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) in data/feedback gathering and
introduce other programme management/outcome tools as
appropriate.

Undertake research to generate insight of local/national
pictures/developments - containing relevant statistics, evidence and
learning that support decision-making.

Take a hands-on role in developing and writing reports to
demonstrate programme and charity-wide impact to stakeholders,
including contributions to our annual Impact Report and Trustees
Report.

Supporting Heads of Service in contract management and
monitoring performance against KPIs.

Ensure regulatory legal compliance and best practice.

Maintain excellent record keeping.

Keep up to date with sector knowledge regarding outcome
measurements, data collection and impact reporting.
