Job Description
Overview:
Cambridge United is seeking a qualified and motivated Head of Goalkeeping to lead goalkeeper
development across all programming levels. Reporting to the Technical Director, the successful
candidate will design and deliver a unified goalkeeper training pathway supporting grassroots
through OPDL and League1 Ontario.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver GK-specific training sessions and IDPs
• Support integration of keepers into team training (OPDL, L1O, Academy, grassroots)
• Match preparation, warm-ups, and post-match reviews
• Video analysis and performance feedback
• Mentor junior GK coaches
• Assist with GK talent identification
• Maintain communication with TD, program Managers & head coaches
Requirements:
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Minimum Ontario Soccer/Canada Soccer or UEFA GK License
• Strong understanding of LTPD and Ontario soccer pathway
• Knowledge of modern GK trends
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compensation: Based on qualifications and experience.
