Who We're Looking For

A dedicated, compassionate coach with a passion for working with primary-aged children, including those with SEND.

  • Proven experience coaching in school environments—or expertise in SEND/coaching children with SEN, as we provide tailored coaching training.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver dynamic sports sessions for nursery and primary-aged children, including children with SEND
  • Plan activities, manage equipment, and ensure safety throughout sessions
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff
  • Participate in team meetings and support additional sessions (holiday camps, after-school clubs)

Essential Criteria

  • Experience coaching children in school settings, with SEN/SEND experience
  • Hold (or be working toward) a recognised sports/coaching qualification (e.g., FA Level 1 or equivalent multi-sports award)
  • Excellent communication and classroom behaviour management skills
  • Available weekdays + Saturday mornings
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)

Desirable Extras

  • FA Level 2 or higher, or multi-sports equivalent
  • First-aid and safeguarding certifications
  • Experience in after-school, holiday camps, or community settings
  • Passion for disability sports and inclusive coaching
