Work Schedule: Every Saturday, 8:45am – 12:00pm (Essential Working Hours)

About Us

BabyBallers is a fun, football-based development programme for toddlers and young children.
We support early learning through play, focusing on:

• Motor skills
• Colour and number recognition
• Coordination
• Social confidence

We help children grow both on and off the pitch.

About the Role

We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic Head Coach to lead weekly sessions in Luton.

You will:

• Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate football activities
• Build strong relationships with parents and children
• Create a safe and engaging learning environment
• Set up and pack away session equipment
• Adapt to each child’s needs and stage of development
• Effectively communicate with Coaching Team via whatsapp, call, and team briefings.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience coaching or working with young children
• Passionate about early years learning and development
• Confident, reliable, and organised
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Available to work weekends (with weekday hours possible later)

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
• Understanding of safeguarding in early years
• First Aid qualified (or working towards it)
• Available Saturdays 8:45 - 12:00.
