The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills as well as organising events. This role involves managing a small number of staff, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. The successful applicant will have a background in bar work. Duties
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and motivate bar staff, including scheduling and training
- Oversee food and beverage preparation for football games.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Develop the club and events in the bar.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory effectively
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for guests
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality and service standards
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a bar industry
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively
