The Football Fun Factory provides incredible childhood football experiences in the form of evening Football Fun & Development sessions, Tots Football Fun classes, school holiday Football Fun Camps, birthday parties and events.
We have recently expanded with the aim of putting all-inclusive football sessions on the doorsteps of even more children across the communities of Tameside, Glossop and Saddleworth.
We are seeking to find experienced, highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate football coaches to take on part-time self-employed coaching hours to help us increase the opportunities for children in the local community.
We are on the lookout for Lead Coaches at the Football Fun Factory who will be able to deliver our Football Fun & Development (age 4-12), Tots Football Fun (age 18 months - 5), Birthday Parties and Football Fun Camps. As a starting point, the focus is mainly on Football Fun & Development sessions but we are interested in hearing from you if you are interested in our other programmes for the future as we expect to grow quite quickly throughout the next 12 months.
Coaches must have experience working in a similar role in a Football or Sports Coaching role and be confident leading large groups of children whilst being supported by a team of assistant coaches and firmly believe in the ethos of the Football Fun Factory - www.thefootballfunfactory.co.uk/our-story/
This role would be the perfect opportunity for established coaches looking for further opportunities.
Whilst the ability to coach and lead to an excellent standard is required, your enthusiasm and desire to use football as a vehicle for child development is what will make you stand out from the crowd.
Lead Coaches will be given a session to run on a weekly basis with the potential to take on further sessions as and when we expand throughout 2026. Flexibility is a must in terms of being able to commit to sessions weekly in the evenings and cover sessions when required.

Our truly unique football experiences include three football inflatables. Our inflatable pitch, goal and dartboard are all incredibly popular with the children attending our courses, but it's the superstar coaches that bring our experiences to life.
