Pro Elite United is one of the UK’s largest and most successful football feeder organisations, recognised across Europe for developing elite players and bridging them into the professional game.
We have already achieved over 53 player progressions into professional clubs, and operate successful full-time football college programmes across Manchester and Darwen.

As we continue to expand our franchise, we are launching a brand-new branch in Bradford — and we are looking for a committed, passionate and highly skilled Coach/Educator to join our growing team.

The Role

We are seeking a coach who can deliver both football coaching and classroom-based education as part of our full-time football college programme.
This role combines coaching, mentoring, teaching and player development — helping our scholars excel both academically and athletically.

You will be responsible for:

Football Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality football coaching sessions
  • Managing weekly training (2 × 2-hour sessions) + matchday preparation (Wednesdays)
  • Developing players individually and collectively
  • Supporting players’ progression through the Pro Elite United pathway
  • Upholding the culture, standards and identity of Pro Elite United

Education Responsibilities

  • Teaching and supporting learners in a classroom environment
  • Delivering lessons to groups of approx. 15–20 learners
  • Monitoring academic progress and maintaining learner records
  • Ensuring a positive and professional learning environment
  • Supporting learners with pastoral needs where required
  • Using your teaching qualification (AET / Level 3 teaching) to deliver structured academic sessions 4 days per week

Working Schedule

You must be available for daytime delivery based on our standard timetable:

  • Pitch sessions: Twice per week (2 hours each) – one on Wednesday afternoon (matchday), one on Monday or Tuesday
  • Gym session: Once per week (2 hours)
  • Classroom: 4 days per week (study programme delivery)

Required Qualifications & Experience

To be considered, you must have:

  • A Level 3 Teaching Qualification (AET / EAT or equivalent)
  • Experience working in an education setting
  • FA Coaching Qualifications (minimum FA Level 1/Introduction to Coaching; Level 2/UEFA C preferred)
  • Experience coaching in a club, academy or development centre
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to engage, motivate and manage 16–19 year-old learners
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (or already have one)

Desirable

  • Experience in post-16 education (schools, colleges, training providers)
  • Experience working in football education programmes
  • UEFA C/B licences
  • Safeguarding and First Aid certificates

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
