Job Overview
We are seeking a committed and proactive Training Ground Steward Supervisor to take responsibility for all training ground events held at the Playford Road and Bent Lane Training Ground sites.
The Training Ground Steward Supervisor will oversee and lead the stewarding team on duty each evening, ensuring all training ground activities are delivered safely and in full compliance with the Club’s safeguarding and health & safety standards. This role will also include leading and managing the stewards’ rota to ensure appropriate staffing levels across all sessions.
The position is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week across 5 out of 7 days, with flexibility required to support events as needed.

The Club History:
Ipswich Town Football Club is a professional association football club, currently playing in League One, with aspirations of climbing back to the premiership.
The club was founded in 1878 and turned professional in 1936; it was subsequently elected to join the Football League in 1938. Ipswich won the English league title in 1961–62, their first season in the top flight, and finished runners-up in 1980–81 and 1981–82. They finished in the top six in the English First Division for ten years, apart from when they won the FA Cup in 1977–78.
