Men's Soccer Coach - Andrew College

Andrew College has teamed up with Bechler Leadership in the search for their next Head Men's Soccer Coach.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fulfill the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the Andrew College department of athletics as it pertains to the Men’s Soccer program.
• Work closely with women’s soccer coach to maximize efficiency of budgetary funds and facilities
• Schedule games and practices in coordination with women’s soccer coach
• Maintain the soccer field including cutting of grass and all aspects of maintenance
• Recruit quality student-athletes
• Develop and supervise practices, game planning, schedule arrangements, and off season training.
• Manage Budgets, Fundraising, and additional administrative duties
• Maintain high academic standards for student-athletes
• Interact and develop healthy relationships with other Andrew College departments
• Meet NAIA and Southern States Athletic Conference compliance guidelines and regulations
• Strong disciplined skills and consistency with communication and structure required
• Good driving record with ability to drive Andrew College vans and recruiting vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to lift and/or move heavy items.
• You will also be required to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must be authorized for unrestricted employment in the United States indefinitely with no immigration sponsorship needed.
