The Assistant Coach provides an organised, safe and fun environment for the Little Kickers sessions to take place in. The Assistant Coach is present in the sessions to assist the Lead Coach and to encourage the most productive and positive interaction possible between the children and the Lead Coach. The Assistant Coach ensures that the venue is returned to normal after all sessions have taken place and that any administrative tasks are completed as required.
The assistant coach is responsible for Venue preparation (joint responsibility with lead coach), Session Registrations, assisting the Lead Coach with the coaching required to run each individual session, end of day activities and taking personal Health & Safety at Work precautions
